These terms govern your use of martinstoyanov.bg and any purchase of Ondana Focus Caps from MARTIN STOYANOV ("we", "us"). By using this site, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptable Use

2. Ordering and Sale Conditions

How to order: Submit your name and phone number via our order form. This is a request, not yet a binding contract.

Confirmation: A member of our team will call you during working hours (Mon-Fri, 9:00-17:30) to confirm the order and delivery details. The contract of sale is formed when we verbally confirm the order during this call.

Pricing and currency: All prices are in Great British Pounds (GBP) and include any applicable VAT. The price displayed at the time of your order confirmation is the price you pay.

Payment: Payment is made in cash or by debit/credit card directly to the courier upon delivery. No payment information is required at the point of ordering. We accept Visa and Mastercard.

Cancellation before dispatch: You may cancel your order at no cost at any point before it is dispatched. Inform us during the confirmation call or contact us by phone or email.

3. Product Classification and Limitation of Liability

Ondana Focus Caps is a food supplement, not a medicine. The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute medical advice. We make no representations that the product is suitable for your individual circumstances. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement, particularly if you take medication or have a health condition.

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, our liability is limited to the purchase price paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

All content on this website - including text, images, design, and code - is owned by or licensed to MARTIN STOYANOV and is protected by UK copyright law. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without our prior written consent.

5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Please see our Returns Policy for full details. You have 14 calendar days from receipt to return an unopened, sealed pack. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.

6. Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve any complaints within 14 working days. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, it may be referred to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under applicable local law.
